 The Premium Oyster from the Island has the traditional sea flavour of oysters and the particular taste of an oyster grown in the Ria de Aveiro, more velvety than that of other producing areas in the country. After leaving the water in the purifier, duly cleaned, the oysters are packed inside a package containing thermal gel for adequate preservation of the product. This box is thermally insulated from the outside by means of a double white plastic tape and a blue self-adhesive sleeve, with the Ostra em Casa symbol.
 The weight of each oyster No. 3 varies between 66 and 85g, so typically 24 oysters will weigh 2kg. The body mass index of our premium oyster is always above 10%, which is a guarantee that only Ilha dos Puxadoiros can provide.
